2020 Board Meeting Schedule
All regular Board of Directors meetings are generally held at Midland Depot at Divide Annex, unless another location or date is subsequently announced. Meetings are usually on the fourth Wednesday of every other month, starting in January. Where applicable, a Midland Depot Committee meeting may held just prior to board meetings. Members of THE Coalition are welcome to attend. The Depot Annex is located in Divide.

HOLD THE DATE for the 4th Annual Breit Awards Banquet Dinner on Sunday, October 18th, 2020.
The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held in November (date TBD) for members and features a program.
Elections for officers are also held that month.
Executive Committee meetings are generally scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month from 4-6 pm at a location determined beforehand. However, the executive committee may meet at any time as circumstances require. The annual membership meeting is usually scheduled on the first Saturday in November.
